  The Residence Club Barbara became our home for a week during a trip to South Italy in May 13. Although the weather was not very good for some days, there was always something to do there. One can make a trip to Ostuni, Brindisi, Lecce or other nice places around within short driving distance. We were lucky to have an apartment on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. The apa - We stayed in mid Oct and there was virtually no other guests. Weather was great so I cannot fault the resort aside from the fact only one local restaurant was open. This however was the gli archi which was excellent so I never got bored in a weeks eating. The only minor moan was WiFi signal very weak
