Excellent Italian countryside property very close to montepulciano. Very welcoming staff. Great pool. The room was spacious with many country home features. The bathroom was huge. Very clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice and homemade cakes. The onsite restaurant served excellent quality local specialities. -

Small, well priced hotel in a relaxing Tuscan garden setting. The managers were extremely helpful without being intrusive, they recommended local restaurants, provided tourist information and directions and ensured our needs were met. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice which included freshly baked cake every day. The hotel rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and outside the lovely spaceous garden was ideal. We will definitely return one day.

We were exceptionally pleased with the flexibility of the owner as we
arrived later than planned and she guided us right to the hotel. Cinzia
was actually willing to drive down, meet us and lead us up if we needed
her to. Besides being wonderfully accommodating, she also made several
great suggestions for dining and shopping. Cinzia was so friendly she
immediately made us feel right at home. A terrific experience and well
worth the trip.

The residence has remarkable charm. The views are stunning. The dawn over the light fog in the folds of the Tuscan hills was very memorable. Montepulcano is unique and lovely, and the food available there is excellent. Drving in the countryside and visiting the other historic hilltop towns Barbara suggested will always be a wonderful memory.

Stefania (the owner) was very professional, helpful and friendly.
A bottle of wine was awaiting us in the apartment, and Stefania provided milk and orange juice in the refrigerator for us. This was a very nice touch and very much appreciated!

Montorio was a perfect ending to our Italian holiday. The historic
country house and its setting overlooking the San Biagio temple, the
gracious owner, Stefania, the beautiful Tuscan views and proximity to
the center of Montepulciano were all that we had hoped for. Our
apartment was spacious and traditionally appointed, clean and even
included tea, coffee and juice for us to begin our mornings.

Great Location with a reserved parking lot with in a 5 minute walk. That is nearly impossible to find in downtown (historic) Montepulciano. You can walk everywhere from here very easily. The owner is amazing and will make you feel at home and provide some great recommendations. Bathrooms were clean and decent sized. Bedrooms were clean. -

A very nicely appointed flatlet with comfortable bed, small kitchen with practically everything you might need, run by a friendly family among olive trees with a nice swimming pool. On leaving we were offered a lift to the bus station which was very kind, and above the cal of duty. We thought this was a lovely place to stay. -
