  The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... o que as pessoas dizem » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry.   Superb city boutique hotel. Renovated with wonderful style and modern comforts. Staff were extremely helpful. Very good central location. Could walk everywhere including to the port. Owner was gracious. Best cappuccino machine I encountered on our 3 week trip through Italy. Breakfast was fine. A short walk to the Promenade along the water (even at night), close to an upscale shopping neighborhood but not a bad walk into the central historic district of Naples. Good value BandB.
