The staff was very pleasant and willing to assist in any thing we may need. The breakfast staff was very attentive and ensured everything was out for our enjoyment.
The location was great for access to the nicer parts of Naples. Staff was very helpful and spoke english well.

Total rip off. Not even the standard of a good hostel and twice the price. No top sheet, one set of keys for a triple room, no concierge around when we arrived, had to wait in the hot hallway after phoning him. Never again.
