  The staff. i never stazed in a Hotel with such a helpful hotelmanager before. He helped us in finding the next hotel, a good restaurant and so on... Breakfast was also absolutely amazing (with cookies from the owners mother). Highly recommendable! - The hotel is close to Siena(10 mins) which was great for the palio.
