The owner was really nice, friendly and speaks English very well.
The place was really clean and good taken care of. Also the swimming pool was beautiful, clean and gives a nice view.
The apartment was very spacious, had a nice temperature (we didn't needed any air-conditioning) and the bathroom was clean and comfortable.

versus double occupancy are quite different (I accidentally hit

found the room would be 60 € more a night for double). Still worth it!
