  The hotel and their staff were all very welcoming. Excellent service - very helpful and efficient. Bedroom well designed and immaculately clean. Hotel arrangements for early morning taxi to Ciampino airport were very good, and removed the stress of doing it ourselves! .I enjoyed my stay immensly and i would defintly recommend Villaferrata to a frie... o que as pessoas dizem » nd!!! - The hotel was beautiful and clean with a great lobby area and patio. The breakfast buffet was above average and the free wine and snacks during happy hour were a nice touch. The room was larger than most we have seen in Italy and it had a safe in it, which was great as well.
