This apartment can be accessed either from the fifth or from the sixth floor. On the upper floor you can find a spacious day area with a single sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo and set-up for satellite connection, and completed by an open plan kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, and a dining area with a table for 6 people.
A flight of stairs located on the left of the entrance leads to the lower floor, which can be accessed from the fifth floor as well, where the bedroom with double bed and a large closet is located. The marble bathroom with shower and washing machine is located next to the bedroom. Both the levels of the apartment are very bright; moreover the flat is fitted with parquet flooring in all rooms but in the bathroom, which is fitted with marble flooring.
