I loved the location! Bus is right in front of the church this hotel is a part of and we were never charged to take the bus and it saved us 25€ that the taxi ride is. Bus runs every 15 minutes throughout the day until 2045 and the its about every hour until midnight. We really enjoyed the breakfast that's included in the price. Pastries, cold meats and cheese, bread, coffee, a variety of juices, yogurts and cereal. There's no alcohol consumption allowed on the premises or smoking, very quiet ar.
todos opiniões » Staff was very helpful, always nice and friendly. On our last day we arrived late to breakfast and they brought the food out again for us. Rooms basic but very clean, bathroom as well. Enough space to open a large suitcase and still walk around; large wardrobe. Conveniently located: 10 minute bus ride to Venice (bus right outside the hotel), free parking, free wifi that actually worked. Breakfast basic but very good (croissants, cheese, ham, coffee/chocolate/tea, cereals, nutella). Cheap vendin. Although it's one of the cheapest hotels in Mestre, it's a great place to stay when visiting Venice - nice and quiet part of Mestre, next to a bus stop, near to a supermarket, restaurants etc. Simple, but clean and big room with extra big and comfortable bed, free air conditioning and free wifi (and there is a computer in the hall you can use). Really good breakfast - buffet with not just jam, but ham and cheese as well (which is quite unusuall comparing to my previous experience), free parking. This b & b is very convenient to visit Venice. There is a huge breakfast bar. It is a one minuet walk from a direct to Venice bus stop. Staff was extremely helpful. The rooms are very clean and neat with hair dryer, internet, desk and closet. Private, locked parking and pedestrian gates. Easy to get back to at night on the bus. Lovely place just off Venice. Very convenient transport connections (can get to Venice in about 10 min) and a handy supermarket close by to buy stuff for sandwiches etc for the day. Staff are friendly too and when asked for extra blankets they were in our room when we arrived. Highly recommendable. it´s close from Venice (only 10 minutes by bus) and easy to get to Venice and back, bus costs only 1,10 EUR each way, goes every 15 minutes and is close from the accommodation, we used bus No. 5, 19 and 12, breakfast was ok for the price, room was nice and clean, we would stay there again. Great value for money. Bus ride was 2min walk away. 2euro per person for bus ride into Venice. Bus ride took 10min only. Great wine bar 30min walk away near mariner, but note, no restaurants close by. Advantage having a car to get around. Free parking onside was great. Everything was very nice, neat, clean, the stuff was friendly and helpfull, the room was cleaned every day, towels and linens changed every other day. Breakfast was enough and tasty. The bus stop to Venice is only 3 minutes from the hotel. We were so surprised that we found such an affordable and comfortable accommodation near Venice. It takes little time to reach old city of Venice by bus. Staff was very kind and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and eager to help even if language was bit of a barrier. The rooms are nicely done and clean with mini-refrigerator, wall-mounted tv, central AC & hair-dryer. Close to bus from the airport (stop 200m away) and bus to venice (stop 50m away). Travel time to venice is only 8 minutes. Rooms have lots of space and are clean. Great value for money. Well the location is good, very easy and short drive to Venice by bus, but i think that there are more hotels around that have that plus. i would prefer 15 more minutes on the bus than this so called hotel. Bed wasn't too comfortable and could've used an extra pillow. Nobody was at the reception to let us in the bldg when we arrived and we had to wait a lil while. TV only had Italian channels; very difficult to find with GPS; the pillow was very thin and uncomfortable, the duvet was actually a thin blanket so if it is really cold outside it could be a problem. Very difficult to find initially, as it is tucked behind the church. Gps will not locate it. sometimes you have to wait a bit before someone comes to the reception. No tea and coffee facilities. Hard to find, it's actually part of a community centre. The gps picked up the back of it, not the entrance and the entrance gates had no large sign. Lady in street walking passed confirmed location. Lol. Note. No restaurants near by. Though the bed was comfortable to sleep, slightest movements made noise. there was unable to find the proper bus from the center to the hotel, the nearest busstop was in 10 min walk... The place was hard to find on your own. Should take a cab to find the place. First room was a little noisy (airco of neighbours?), the next one was OK. Sheet covers should be cleaner. Wee bit difficult to find in the dark. (Go round behind the church). Too many stairs to climb!!!!!!!!!!. one day when we came back, we found the door of our room didn't close,maybe the stuff was too carelessness.it's fortunate that we didn't lose anything. reception is always no stuff. Just make sure from themain bus station in venice get bus 5 and 19 to go to the hotel and from hotel its bus 12 and venizia .just make sure ...thats it...no complaints : ). Nothing. Cleanliness. founding this hotel was not easy. The room and bathroom were not as clean as I expected - the floors were dirty when we checked in, there was hair on the floors and in the bathroom. We stayed in for 4 nights and they haven't changed the sheets. Uncomfortable bed, smell of sigaretts in the room (normally smoking in the hotel is forbidden), poor breakfast. No lift. Too many keys to juggle with as main gates and reception entrance closed in the evening. This would be ok if keys are clearly marked. The air condition was not very good, there is no elevator. No lift. Didn't feel quite comfortable in the room. We had to wait for stuff to open the door about 15 minutes, we were on time and although we had to call 2 different phone numbers and then someone slowly came to open. Reception is realy bad. Road noise. very difficult to find!!. extremely hard to find. 'Hotel' which really it isn't share some rooms with somesort of school for adults and some rooms are converted into classrooms. personell is fewer than you would expect-no concierge during night (you get ring with keys). like majority of Mester-Venice hotels is overpriced forthe service they offer...inclouding daily city tax per capita. Location of the hotel is difficult to reach. Difficult to find the place as the hotel has no name board outside. If you reach at night you are out of luck. No night staff at the desk, property is locked in. I opened the gate and door for a guest who reached hotel at 11pm. You have to open and lock the door and gate if you leave before 8.30am. Front desk is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm only. Minimal facilities, rooms are ok. Do not recommend this place to anyone at all. Avoid this one! This is not really an hotel, more an old school turned into boarding house. the "hotel" was not clean, there were dozens((!) of mosquitos in the room. also the blanket in the closet was plain filthy and gave my friend a rash. When we complaind about it in the morning - no one seem to care so much. Breakfast was also poor and sad. If your'e not a student traveling on a very low budget - stay away from this one.
