  Laura and Fabio could not have been more helpful. I had to book Il Duomo for my mother who had a bad fall on the Tour prior to coming to Lucca. I needed a place with a lift and a walk in shower and it turned out to be the perfect choice. There was a step down from the shower, but it was spacious and non slip. The B&B is so clean and peaceful a... o que as pessoas dizem » nd in a tranquil part of the city, a very pleasant and short walk to the main shopping precinct of Via Fillungo. - Fabulous period features have been maintained throughout, tastefully updated in appropriate style. We were given a choice of rooms and shown each on arrival. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a city. Linens, towels and toiletries were of good quality. Breakfast was continental buffet with the nice touch of fresh warm croissants and toast brought to table. This is a beautiful and well-run hotel that I would recommend.

  The location, right outside the city walls of Lucca was ideal. The B&B was beautiful, the rooms were immaculate, parking was secure, the backyard was large and a great place to sit with your breakfast or for the kids to run around. Giulia set us up in the family rooms that gave us plenty of space for a family of five. We would definitely stay there again. - The owner Giulia was AMAZING she even baked me gluten free rolls for breakfast as I have a gluten allergy. She was incredibly helpful in recommending a restaurant which was fantastic. She is friendly and runs a very romantic little place which is exceptionally clean. The breakfast was like a 5 star spread. I HIGHLY recommend this B & B . Thanks Giulia you are Fantastic.

The rooms are not cheap, but nothing in Europe is; however for the price, you are getting a wonderful stay during your time in Lucca.
