The hotel staff took a while to check us in but were very helpful and
funny even when asked for advice. The hotel itself is situated next
door to an indoor shopping centre that has everything you might need.
The trip into milan from the hotel was a little difficult and time
consuming but worthwhile - bus to a train to the tubes then you arrive
in the centre!

Not a lot, basic hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
There were fresh pastries at breakfast. Hotel was totally over prices for GP which is to be expected, they did offer a shuttle at €20 each, which was expensive. We did not go into Muggio, instead opted for Monza

variety of pastries, yogurts, breads to choose from. The restaurant
offered a wide variety of foods for dinner. Delicious! They also offered
WiFi which was a Godsend to us, as we were able to communicate to family
