Location Location Location! 5 minutes walk to the Pantheon or Piazza Navona which is a good starting point for any visit to Rome. Delux Room had plenty of space and comfortable, albeit 2 single beds pushed together, rather than the double we were expecting. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat. Excellent location! Especially for shopping. Many major sites easily within walking distance. I did cab to the Vatican, but was a minimal cost and quick ride in the early am. (cab stand 2 minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo). My suite was very quiet with a well stocked fridge of breakfast items including eggs, juice, meats, etc. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The staff was especially kind and accommodating. The wifi, tho fine for e-mail and texting, wasn't strong enough for Skype. Ms.

Everything!! Service provided by Sylvia was of an exceptionally high order. Room was large, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little small, but very clean. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.

We`ve stayed there for 5 days in November. The owner speaks english and italian, the girl who brought us breakfasts speaks italian and russian a little. We lived in the separated building in via del Pellegrino, I think it`s even better. Campo dei fuori is in 2 mins, Vatican in 15 mins (if you walk with normal speed), piazza Navona and Pantheon in 10 mins.

So from the hotel I could easily go to Vatican easily via Emmanelle II and all the attractions such as Piazza Navona and Pantheon were really close by. We stayed in the Campo de Fiori apartment, its key benefit being the superb location. You get the best of both worlds here: arguably Rome's most vibrant neighborhood at your doorstep; and much needed peace and quiet - all at the same time.
