  excellent location on main street close to everything, nice superior room, clean and spacious for italian standard, parking availabele, friendly and helpfull staff - The hotel was very beautiful, especially the exterior and the interior had lovely old fixtures and photographs. The staff were very helpful.

  We loved this hotel. The breakfast was great. The location to the beach was very close and the staff was helpful and friendly. It is very easy to get to the waterboats to get to Venice from this hotel. - The view of the sea from the room was fantastic; the minimalist theme for the room was cosy and mood-setting.   The hotel is just beautiful. It's a three hundred year old Palazzo that has been meticulously restored, with great attention to detail and luxury. Our room was quite outstanding - extremely " high tech" ( comment from our 21 year old who was very impressed!) combined with traditional, lavish furnishings - drapes, pelmets, wallpaper, furniture ; if... o que as pessoas dizem » you are into design and interior decorating, this is the place! We felt very welcomed and " at home" in beautiful surroundings. The staff were incred - This hotel was our favorite from all of our hotels this trip. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and easy access from the water taxi at Rialto bridge....just remember to turn at the Disney store and you'll always find it! We did eat in the restaurant one night and it was very good. Our waiter was excellent and I'm pretty sure he is the only Italian waiter to have smiled at us our whole trip (no joke!) We also had a couples massage one evening. Though I would not say it is a "spa"

  We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good.
