Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon. The hotel is very artistic! Once you are at the reception you will see a lot of artistic work which make for a cozy atmosphere. This is also where you will have your breakfast. The breakfast was really nice with a lot of cakes and sweets. The room was nice with a balcony viewing the backyard of the hotel The bathroom comes with a shower which is really fantastic and spacious. The room was also spacious including air conditioning and a TV with various channels.
