Very good hotel, with extremely helpful staff. The hotel is few minutes away from the beach, but it is possible to use their bicycles (free) to reach any destination in Rimini. It's the second time I stay in this hotel and I feel like confirming everything said the other time. It's indeed a lovely place where you can feel at home, have quiteness while being in the center, at a step from the beach, which is beautiful in winter too, it's very clean and very nice. Really enjoyed, will come back anytime I'll be coming around.

We loved everything about this hotel from start to finish. The rooms

Hotel was great value and brilliant location right in the centre of
everything. All staff were exceptionally helpful but particular mention
must go to Michaelangelo and the half Italian half australian chap at
the desk. They couldn't have done more for us. Top top staff and I
have stayed in some of the finest city hotels round the world eg four
seasons, mandarin oriental, ritz-Carlton. Rooms basic but perfectly
adequate, minimal and clean. Great time but the staff made it.

Good value for money. Was upgraded to a beach view jr suite when I arrived as the hotel was not too busy. Very nice gesture.

Had a very small problem when I took a shower and the door fell off. The problem was rectified within 5 minutes and I was put in another room with absoluely no fuss. Staff were superb and hotel had secure parking. Swimming pool on the roof overlooking Rimini beach was spectacular. Rooms were of the usual excellent Waldorf standard.
