Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini.   We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night. We were given a huge triple room with a nice balcony. Very very clean and absolutely comfortable. Memory foam mattress is a big plus point.
