We stayed in the Annex, which is around the corner from the main hotel and reception. Both buildings are in the old city centre, a block or two away from Trevi fountain and many restaurants and curio shops. great location.

We really loved staying in this hotel. The room was a good size and very
clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had a room with a
small balcony, looking out onto the street, which we much appreciated.
The location is perfect for visiting all the sights in Rome and the
staff were all friendly and helpful. Other reviewers have mentioned
Tiger on reception as being extra helpful, and he does, indeed, deserve
a special mention. If breakfast is included in your tariff, it is

The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.

Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

location is very good! The room was comfortable, not noisy, cleaning was
done every day! Breakfast was quite simple (served in our room), but it

The location is pretty strategic with Via Veneto just a 5-minute walk
away. At first I had my misgivings about the safety of the area as I
was on my own, but I think it is much better compared to those nearer
