This B&B is located very closely to the train station (5 min. walking) and bus station (10 min. walking). Also the water taxi stop Riva di Biasio is only 2 min. walking distance. The couple Sergio and Marcella are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, prepared and served by Marcella in their little tiny kitchen. Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate with fruit juice, breads and pastries, jams, marmalade, honey and cereals. This small hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff extremely helpful. It was in an apt building. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a standard hotel. Just a room in someones apt building in venice. The outside of the building looked like I had made a mistake by booking the room but judging a book by its cover is never fair. A great stay for a night in the middle of Venice. Easy access to water taxi, San Marcos Square, and anywhere else really. I would definitely stay here again.
