  The staff at this hotel is amazing. Both girls were on top of everything from early check in to calling taxis and offering help with getting to and from monuments.   Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, providing us maps and directions for visiting the city. They speak English very well. The location is excellent, as you can walk for 10 minutes to get to Piazza San Pietro or to Musei Vaticani. The room was simple with old furniture, but it was clean, with enough space and a nice balcony. All in all, it's a good place to crash when on a budget; good value for money.
