The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. The breakfast was excellent. -

100% from the start to the finish. The start was at the arrival airport
when Glenda collected us (husband, wife and 7 year old daughter) to the
finish when Glenda returned us to the airport for departure.

We travelled as a group of four adults with one baby. The apartments at Porta Nuova were brilliant! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail being made. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment that very large with gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The host Glenda was especially helpful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate our baby. The apartment itself was suprisingly spacious and comfortable. Great location halfway between The Old City and the City Center in small quiet street and with charming patio.

Centrally located directly in the shopping distric, 10 min walking from central station, 2 min to bus stop to airport and hospital. Really clean Self service breakfast: basic but with all needed Nice appartement - well furnished - perfect for a long stay (there was even a washing machine)Perfect italian style: no salty food for breakfast and no kettle for hot water! Wonderful. Circular bed! It's more a serviced apartment than a hotel room. Frederico even picked us up from the Station. Easy walk to restaurants and the bus to the old upper town (but explore the lower town as well - some great cafes and restaurants where you don't feel you're being treated like a tourist.) -

The room and bathroom were spacious, pretty and had all that we needed. In a very convenient and relatively quiet location, everything is 5 minutes walk away. The owner was amazing: thoughtful, informative and very helpful. In fact, he went out of his way to save us from a crisis regarding our flight home by communicating to relevant people for us, helping us with luggage (two bikes) and also met us at the bus station to make sure it had all worked out well.
