  Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby. Kept our luggage stored on our last day as our flight was not until that night. Great choice of breakfast to set us up for the day. Everybody was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags for several hours after we checked out so we could sightsee until it was time to catch our train.

Our room had a small balcony over looking the rooftops with a view of the Grand Canal and the towers of San Marco plaza.
