  My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station. The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool. We spent our stay in Rome partying, so we enjoyed the 24h free coffee machine the next day a lo - The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Being an easy walk from the train stations was also a big plus.

  The location is near the train station and the shopping areas, with walking distance to the Colosseum and Forum. The owner is super kind, I spent over 20 days travel around Europe with heavy baggage, only this guy came out and help my wife to bring the luggage upstairs. He did the samething to offer his help to bring down all our luggag - Right from the moment of the initial, the team at Matisse couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Roberto, the owner, was charming. The relaxed atmosphere was welcome after a long day travelling. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood.   B&B situated near the railway station Termini and quite close to the center so you almost don’t face the negative aspects of main station nearness. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel especially in the evening as there is no any sign on the door neither on the building, you can only find it on the nameboard with doorbells. Sani - We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Enjoy B&B. The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from both the Termini Rail and Bus Stations. All the major sites of Rome are easily accessible. The accommodation was spotless and Dante was most helpful and welcoming. Once inside there was a calm atmosphere and the air conditioning was most welcome. I would recommend this establishment to anybody wishing to stay in Central Rome.
