The room had air conditioning and heating adjustable from the room, - The room was spacious, well designed and clean. The air-conditioning worked well and the wifi was fast. There was a communal kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. Coffee and tea were free. The owner was very nice and friendly. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. The location was good as it's very close to the Florence SM train station. Even though the rooms are on the 1st floor, the owner helped us with the luggage so that's not a problem. It's definitel

Perfect location - just a few steps from Piazza Santa Maria Novella, and a lazy 5-minute walk from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. The hotel has a perfect location: 5 minutes to a train station Santa Maria Novella and 5 minutes to Duomo. It is situated right in the city sentrum what makes it a perfect place both for these people who came to Florence for exploring the city for several days and who came to do shopping. Stuff is very friendly. Everyone speaks english and tries to help when it's needed. My room and bathroom were cleaned every day and towels were changed when I needed. A
