The apartment was centrally located in the the new town. The housekeeper was there to meet us and every day she came to clean and replace the towels. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a working Wifi connection. The owner was also in contact and again very helpful.If you are looking for a reasonable room in Bergamo well located for amenities then I would recommend.

100% from the start to the finish. The start was at the arrival airport
when Glenda collected us (husband, wife and 7 year old daughter) to the
finish when Glenda returned us to the airport for departure.
In between the two points we walked to many different area's in Bergamo from the well located Porta Nuova apartment.

We travelled as a group of four adults with one baby. The apartments at Porta Nuova were brilliant! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail being made. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment that very large with gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The host Glenda was especially helpful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate our baby. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. The place is decorated with taste and finesse. There was a little
'problem' at the original B&B we had to stay in but the
owner was very quick to solve the problem and offered us a stay in
another structure, B&B Academia that was excellent! The B&B was
located just 10 min from the Upper town and had everything one needs
when traveling.
