  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

Very near top attractions and local cafés. I have stayed there 5 times over the last 5 years, and appreciate the unique and lush appearance of the hotel, but if you are into large spaces and cont - Our host Roberto, his wife and the staff were welcoming and took extra care of our needs. We booked two single rooms and sometimes in the past we have been allocated tiny, substandard rooms. The rooms at the Celio were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the Trevi/Tritone area. (We go to Rome each year over past 15 years and this experience was one of our most enjoyable. Grazie Roberto!!

  I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Room was perfect, with a good bed and bathroom, big TV and nice balcony. Everything was cleaned daily. Roberto, the owner and his daughter and son are very friendly and helpful.   Our first taste of Europe 14th June 2013 before our tour started 17June was staying at this Hotel , what a wonderful start to our holiday the staff amazing hotel beautiful location fabulous . We have finished our holiday and are back home in Australia .
