The buffet breakfast, featuring both hot and cold items, breads, cornetti, cakes, champagne, and juices was not only delicious but the best that we have had in Italy.   We arrived in the evening after long international journeys and were very happy to be met with very helpful front desk personnel. We got good advice on where to eat near by and the neighbouring area. The room was lovely, modern and minimalistic, very restful.   Excellent location for sightseeing. Beds and pillow (self selection)excellent as were the bathroom and breakfast. Highly recommended. - Staff were friendly and very helpful and efficient. I drove to the hotel and all I had to do was follow the signs to the Best Western Mediterraneo once I entered the city of Catania.I was able to find it with ease.
