  We had a suite with Jacuzzi and balcony. Our room gets cleaned twice a day and all towels changed Excellent location next to all attractions and shopping. Super clean. . Breakfast is excellent with good variety. Staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable of the city and its attractions. - Everything about the hotel is great.   My partner and I stayed here in August for 2 nights. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Could not want a better location just minutes from Ponte Vecchio on the quieter side of the river. They have a small but fantastic spa downstairs - The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence
