  We had some difficulties with our booking due to unclear communication with bookings.com but the hotel staff, in particular Claudio was fantastic and sorted it out for us very pleasantly and efficiently.   This has a light breakfast included, decent size rooms but that's pretty much it regarding facilities. Stefano, was amazingly helpful and spoke excellent English. He offered a wonderful suggestion for a reasonable traditional Italian restaurant. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (including the cleaners, breakfast staff and the front desk, which provided really good dinner recommendations 3 nights in a row). Our room for 4 was in a loft-style room so I loved the extra space!
