  This hotel is very unique. I believe it used to be another type of building & is attached to some others. It is right near the heart of the cathedrals & shopping district. My friend & I had made our reservations just a day before we came since we had arrived in Venice after a cruise & stayed there 1 night. It has an excellent breakfast (small but tasty - Hotel La Venere gets the most points for its prime location - literally a three-minute walk to the Duomo. The hotel room was clean and very quiet, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very polite and kind (although their English was quite poor, which made communication a bit hard at times). I would definitely stay here again, mainly due to the ease of getting to/from Florence's main attractions.

  Atendimento - The staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent for a 3 starproperty. Its realyy close to all the touristy sites and walking distanceto the main station. - Best location. Very good breakfast. Very very friendly and helpful staff.
