The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. Palazzo Alfani was perfect, a beautiful apartment with everything we needed, local hints and restaurant recommendations. We had a huge apartment, with separate bedroom with afresco ceiling, lovely shower and bathroom, and really well equipped kitchen and living area with enough basic essentials to get you started. we were there for 4 nights for my wife birthday and totally enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was great . Great location as it is very central and within walking distance to many tourists attraction. Right opposite to LE ACADEMIA , Francesca was wonderful and helpful in every way. we will strongly recommend Palazzo Alfani al David and we are already planning on our next trip to Florence and intend to stay there again

This is a wonderful base of operations for exploring Florence and the
surrounding area and is a fantastic choice. We were met by Gaetano, who
not only came early on a Sunday to let us into the apartment per our
special request after traveling all night with an infant, but also gave

We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere »
which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is
perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed
(sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to
fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be
limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it
would need to be renewed, but it’s just a detail. All the rest of

Florence Dream Domus was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire
Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco
and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the
Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms.
Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff
ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay
memorable! We strongly recommend the place.
