This location was wonderful, a block or so from the Ufizzi and walking distance to most of the major attractions, in the heart of the old city. A wonderful room w a loft (my granddaughter stayed with us one night), very clean, charming old building. Duccio, the owner, made this even better. Incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this for anyone visiting Florence

The place is really beautiful (the building as well as the rooms) and the best value for money of any place that we stayed in in Italy. Great location +-5 min walk to Ponte Vecchio and a few metres from the Arno River. Free use of washing machine available. It would be hard to find a better place than this without spending considerably more. I would stay here again.

It was an amazing service and the staff was extremely friendly. Even though we arrived late at night, they kindly arranged everything to receive us late at night. The place was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view of Florence from the balcony. Great experience at Serristori Residence.

Great location. Stones throw away from the Duomo and the busy cute streets (city centre). Clean rooms and beautifully decorated. Very family friendly. Has a small elevator which helps to transport luggage (we were on 4th floor). Breakfast vouchers for food from cafe next door which gave a fruit drink, coffee, croissant and sandwich. We really enjoyed our stay, the owner Enrico is such a nice guy, my husband got sick while we are in Florence, he helped us to call the doctor, we also stayed for another 2 hours after the official checkout time just so we are in time to catch the train, and he was all good with that. The place is central located, close to supermarket, laundry, Florence city centre and the river. Room is well equipped, big enough for 2 ppl and clean bathroom.
