  Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Having a balcony was really nice with a glass of wine. Even though we arrived at 8.30 pm which is half an hour later than usual checkin time that was not a problem. Recommended to people who would like to travel to Florance and stay in a nice hotel. Great value for the money if you do not expect a hotel, just rooms in an apartment. Also can be good for families with more kids or multiple families.
