The receptionist was so helpful, friendly, the location is just amazing, almost everything to see in Florence is walking distance. The whole place was super clean, I wondered how they keep it that way. wi-fi works so well, there is a commune computer as well. also they allow you to drop the bags off at the lobby and come back later, after you check out.

Great location in the heart of Florence, easy walking distance to al of the sights. This hotel is in a very old building with some interesting internal features. The staff were excellent - helpful and informative. Tea & coffee making facilities and fridges were a welcome inclusion too.

Very nice and helpful staff, free parking on the street in front of the hotel (in Florence parking is a nightmare, and for free it's hard to find parking at all). My stay at Hotel Masaccio was very nice experience. The staff was friendly and it was a quite atmosphere. It is Budget-friendly. There is a food store that is 5 minutes away from the hotel. And there is also a Wash-and-Dry if you need to wash or dry your clothes.
