I consider i have been satisfied with all the services here, because i have found exactly the same in the room as i saw it on the pictures. Moreover it has been one optimum and successful choice during my stay in Florence. The location was excellent and the apartment was well presented. The internet was quite fast which is good for travellers. The apartment is very luxurious and comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect, I'm sure i will be back in some months.
