Perfect location - very near to the train station, 5 min from the beach and the seafront; Cefalu' city center is close and easy to reach. Spacious, stylish and confortable room was clean and cosy and had a balcony with a sea view. Nice interior of hotel where you are also warmly welcomed and feel like at home! The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful, they also provided good advise what to see, where to eat, etc. Breakfast was very tasty, especially the home-made cake!.
todos opiniões » A lovely B&B close to the beach. 5-10 min walk into the old town, 5min from the train. Beach and supermarket just around the corner. Bed was comfy, great size rooms, shower had good pressure and a balcony perfect for pre dinner apertivos. Our friendly host provided some great restaurant recommendations - we could not have had a better stay! Oh and a nice Italian breakfast spread including a delicious pie!!! Fantastico!!!. The location is very good, the room was large and clean, with a nice balcony and a piece of sea in view. The furniture was ok, the bedclothes was pleasant, the bathroom was ok. The room was cleaned daily (I hadn't expected). The garden is beautiful. The fridge in room! It's very comfortable. The average impression is very-very good, we really enjoyed the stay. Our room had a terrace (I wouldn’t book this B&B for the view though). Nothing apart from the cleaner who was a nice smiley person. And a warm cake at breakfast. Nothing - would stay here again in a heart beat!. I disliked the pillows. The wifi signal was annoyingly weak. There's not a kettle in this b&b, so water for tea is warmed up and not boiled (m/v oven?) (but it's common for Sicily, be prepared some restaurants don't even have any tea in menu). Nothing. The price was considerably higher compared with other comparable accommodation we have used throughout Sicily. However, it may be that accommodation is more expensive generally in Cefalu. breakfast was a little dull. air con didn't work. First impression was not good: the reception and our room were old fashion and the photo's we saw before gave an other impression, but it was clean. It's set at a busy street. Wifi wasn't working. Cefalu does seem to be more expensive than other resorts. There were a few minor beauty errors, like the dirty ashtray on our terrace table, the used towel on our bathroom floor and the poor internet connection. I’d expect a bit more for 85 euro. A suburban house without any charm. Awful uncomfortable bed. One pillow as flat as a pancake per person. Mediocre breakfast.
