  Excellent location for sightseeing. Beds and pillow (self selection)excellent as were the bathroom and breakfast. Highly recommended. - Staff were friendly and very helpful and efficient. I drove to the hotel and all I had to do was follow the signs to the Best Western Mediterraneo once I entered the city of Catania.I was able to find it with ease.

  Nice hotel, rooms are very luxureousm, we even received an upgraded room, more an appartment, with seeview. The desk personnel are very helpfull with giving good advice on where to eat (pippito) and what to visit in the surroundings (Aci Trezza). Good connection to Catania if you are driving a car. Take care to take a swimming cap with you for the georgeous pool. - Large and luxury apartment of 80 sqm fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. Air conditioning very good, staff responsible for very sweet and friendly. The hotel´s motto very good and surprisingly occasionally. A bit expensive but great value for money. Plenty of parking and a view of part of the volcano top Etna and not far from the city Catania. Approximately 500 m to the beach but only rocks and no sand beach.

  Arrived at around 11 pm from the airport and, after completing the usual formalities, asked about the possibility of food. Was informed that the restaurant was closed but was also asked if Pizza would be acceptable. Replied that it would. Whereupon a member of staff was despatched to a pizzeria and we were served two pizza plus a bottle of extreme... o que as pessoas dizem » ly drinkable local wine and a bottle of cold water. Magnificent effort by the staff. Woke up to find that we were beside a lovely sandy beach on a sun - The restaurant La Botte inside the complex served the most wonderful pizza I have ever eaten. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport
