  The location of the hotel was excellent and what I would describe as Shabby Chic - the building was beautifully old and obviously had some age related drawbacks which didn't spoil our stay. The staff were tremendous and very helpful. - It was located in a lovely seaside town with a nice park and the town was very clean.   The hotel is well located, very close to the train station where regular trains can take you to Pisa, Florence etc. It is very near to the beach, only a couple of minutes stroll away, and the beach is lovely, clean and not too busy.
