The facilities were very comfortable, big room, clean and quite new. Just opposite the railway station was great for us and we like walking so the 20 minute walk to the castle and old part of town did not worry us. Breakfast was good. Excellent value for money. The location opposite the station was great for us. The accommodation was good , large clean room , good bathroom and breakfast on terrace, staff were very pleasant and helpful and let us check-in hours earlier than we should have. I would stay there again.
todos opiniões » I stayed at Hotel Cristallo it is near and the same. They are very helpfully, because I don´t speak italian. The staff was very polite, the room was fine and the location next to the station very convenient. Great location to see Brescia and to get trains to other local sites both towns and country. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast not very diverse but consistent. Excellent coffee. We liked basically everything about the place. Great value for money :-). Property was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great!. 1 min from train way station. Location. There is no reception so you need to find out how to pick up the key. As we had only booked on the internet the night before this was an issue for us. The location was hard to find at first. I suggest they make it clear it is opposite the station, over the shops. Most of us would then find it easier. They don't have an information in english near the hotel B&B la Terraza, after 18h (last check-in). In the end we stayed in hotel Cristallo from the same owners and close location because the BB did not have a twin room. Like others have said, make sure you have the phone number to contact them when you arrive. Otherwise, you need to go to their hotel which they also run which is just next to the train station. I have forgotten the name of it, but I think others have mentioned it. Location is near the train station and after dark, it is not too pleasant and safe to walk around. We have nothing to complain about. Just minor things really. No "real" reception. Remember to take your phone and the phone number of the hotel if you need to call them :-) Difficult to see the Hotel Sign from the street and the house nr. system is strange. Took us 10 min. to find it although we were almost always in front of it. It is located just across the street from the central station. You don't check in on site you have to go to another hotel to check in. We waited outside for 2 hours until someone who was staying at the property asked us why we were sitting outside. poor breakfast. Wifi signal extremely weak.
