This is one of the loveliest places I can remember staying. The hotel is right on Lake Como - from my lake view room I could hear the sound of the water. We liked the place very much. Everything is perfect - location, rooms, breakfast etc.
There are a lot of reviews regarding the host - we liked the guys! Yes, they maybe are not very very open to you, but they are very polite, friendly, helpful. We had several situations when we had to consult them and when we needed their help - everything was just great! We would recommend the hotel to everyone!

we booked a room with part view and was the last one as Bellagio gets very booked in the summer. I emailed and asked if we could have an upgrade if a lake view became available as it was my 50th birthday and to my surprise when we got there we had the best room in the hotel. the views were the most fantastic site I've ever seen and well worth the extra cost but be prepared its very expensive every where. staff were very friendly and helpful. it was clean and a lovely terrace for breakfast.

The hotel has an excellent location and compared to this it had a very good price. The hotel staff were reserved but very polite. There was no large buffet for breakfast, but as we didn't expect that it was fine. Pleasant advice from staff on
tourist and interest venues. Lovely fresh breakfast and very clean and simple decor. The hotel provided parking and that was essential as there was no other to be found.
