Best hotel ever. I booked this for my mother and father-in-law, taking a
lesser hotel for myself because there was only one room left (only three
total!), and Alessandro made sure that they were as comfortable as could
be. Not only that, but he invited me to breakfast every morning, made me
cappuccino, and was endlessly helpful and friendly. If you can, get a
room here - it will probably be your best stay in Italy. The rooms are

My wife and I had a very nice weekend stay. The location on the main
square is tremoundous. The owner went out of his way to advise us of
events in the city, good restaurants, and sights to see. His English is
fine. The breakfast was out of this world. Each of the B&B's
three rooms is well designed and brand new. We had the room in the back,
which was very quiet and had a nice view of the roof tops and mountans
beyond. The other two rooms have stupendous views of the square. We had
the type.
The location and the style of this guest house, its small intimate size
( three rooms), and a very helfpul and generous host, Alessandro. We
were greeted outside the front door in the wonderful Piazza Liberta,
taken upstairs for champagne and snacks, and then show to our beautiful
room with a view over the rooftops to the mountains. The breakfast is
excellent quality and very generous. And the price is very reasonable.

We really enjoyed everything, the friendly warm welcome from Alessandro who was always super helpful and attentive to anything we might need. The breakfasts were wonderful, rooms spacious and clean. The whole atmosphere was idyllic and relaxing. Alessandro's suggestions on dining, sights attractions were very good and reliable. We enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend this B&B...thank you again Alessandro for everything.

Alessandro met us on arrival and fixed up nearby parking. Then we were welcomed warmly with a delightful Bellini and strawberries aperitif. The accommodation is really well designed and appointed and the main room where breakfast is served is a spacious extension to where a guest may choose to be. Our bedroom with a sitting room and two bathrooms was excellent, simply arranged but with charming details.
We liked everything: welcome glass of champagne, a very comfortable and
clean room, lovely breakfast, great location, super parking! And many

Our warm welcome by Alessandro was extremely nice for two weary travelers. He was helpful in every way from carrying luggage to parking our car. Amenities were over the top from water, coffee,tea and wine. Breakfast in the morning was perfect in every sense. The views from the rooms were spectacular! Could not have asked for a better place and we look forward to returning very soon!.
In our experience most of the time you get what you pay for. But rarely do you get more than you pay for. This was a case of getting far more than you pay for. Everything and I mean everything was top draw. The service, the fittings, the surroundings, had been so well considered it was truly 5 star living. If you really want to spoil your self book a stay here.
The B&B owner could not have been more gracious, friendly, and accommodating...he truly made every effort to assist us in every way. Our room was cozy, but modern, with a charming view of tiled rooftops and surrounding green hillsides. It was the perfect location to enjoy local history, stroll the quaint streets, and shop in Bassano del Grappa.
In 33 years of foreign travel we hadn't met anyone more committed to customer service than Alessandro. Breakfast is generous, nothing is too much trouble and he will genuinely go out of his way to make sure you get the most out of your visit. Bravo Alessandro!.

It was no problem for us, but there are 2 or 3 flights of stairs to
climb. The owner met us on the street and carried my wife's bag up
stairs. As I said, it was no problem for us.

If you are driving make sure to let Alesandro know as he will direct you to parking areas within the old city center. As well, if you have difficulty with couple of flights of stairs keep this in mind...otherwise this is a great B&B...
