  Firstly the hospitality of the staff was very conformting in this amazing family hotel. They took all trouble to provide a vegetarian hot breakfast and guided us on travel trip in South Tyrol. The room was excellent with a scenic view of Merano city. Most importantly the owners of the hotel made us feel very at home and happy at all times. Great views of the distant horizon and mountains from the back balcony. Good selection from the dinner menu and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Will definitely go back and spend more time here. Very pleased with the overall experience. Highly recommended.

  All the staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful - reception, restaurant, bar, room servicing, wellness area. The food was a fantastic experience, lots of small exquisite dishes served and cooked well and also a simple choice for less adventurous children if necessary.
