The setting was unbelievable - across the street from a centuries-old olive grove with sweeping views of the gorgeous Umbrian valley below and mountains beyond - wow!

Cash only when booked with credit card. Also if you want breakfast you have to tell them the night before. They never asked or told us so no breakfast.
The towels are rough and because we arrived at night we couldn't order tee breakfast. So we had to walk a little bit until find a place to eat. And the rooms are not so nice as the pictures showed.
The ad said your bill would be paid in local currency...what it should have said was NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED CASH ONLY. This is an older hotel and everything was well worn.
