  Very nice and helpful staff. Although our room had not prepared for our arrival we were offered solution was fast and right. I really appreciate it. The family room is two interconnecting rooms (it is great). - The hotel is right in the center with a great view, is very clean and comfortable.

  Grado is a very nice place and the hotel is in one of the best locations, with view of the lagoon and yacht harbor, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The room was spacious, clean with a large terrace, rooftop spa facilities.   The friendly front desk woman when we checked in was so welcoming. Her recommendation for dinner was excellent. She helped us unload our things and explained all about the parking alternatives.
