I received a very warm welcome from the helpful owner and enjoyed first class hospitality. The breakfast was superb. The charge was incredibly low. Lovely breakfast options including bacon and eggs, continental perennials, as well as fresh blackberries and blueberries - yum ! Nice air conditioned room and good facilities.
