Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws:
- The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees.
- The were no light bulbs in the la

- The shuttle bus didn´t leave at 6.00 as it should, instead about ten minutes l -
The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to
the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could
get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice
location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern
hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at
Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size
and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell

This was a great hotel at only a few minutes form the airport Malpensa in Milan. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the country. Evne though we were a few minutes form the airport the villa is in the middle of rural country. We ate 2 of the bests diner in all our stay in Italy. The restaurant in itself is worth the detour. - Proxi

Airport pickup - The shuttle response was excellent. They arrived 10 mins after we called them from the airport. Minha esposa ficou no hotel o dia da reserva pois precisava voltar para o Brasil, mais de acordo com a informaçao da reserva, o hotel oferecia um almoço mais o dia que ela chegou la, na tinham nada, e dizeram a ela que nao ofereciam dito almoço. Ela acabou ficando 36 horas sem dormir pois nem maquina de snacks tinham no hotel. Isso nao e aceitavel.

We needed somewhere for an overnight stopover that wasn't too expensive and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly. Easy to find, good staff and comfortable rooms. - Its not very close to airport but the staff can organize great transfer to airport , even at 5 am in the morning.
