I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter)
because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying
home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport
when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately,
due to our schedule we weren't able to enjoy some of the amenities

After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the
terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo
instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the
airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the
Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the
terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious,
clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European
hotels

Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws:
- The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees.
- The were no light bulbs in the la

The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to
the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could
get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice
location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern
hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at
Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size
and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell

I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.

This was a great hotel at only a few minutes form the airport Malpensa in Milan. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the country. Evne though we were a few minutes form the airport the villa is in the middle of rural country. We ate 2 of the bests diner in all our stay in Italy. The restaurant in itself is worth the detour. - Proxi

Very quiet. In a good location. A wonderful restaurant around the corner. Probably the best meal we had in 3 weeks. they need to emphasize this. Minha esposa ficou no hotel o dia da reserva pois precisava voltar para o Brasil, mais de acordo com a informaçao da reserva, o hotel oferecia um almoço mais o dia que ela chegou la, na tinham nada, e dizeram a ela que nao ofereciam dito almoço. Ela acabou ficando 36 horas sem dormir pois nem maquina de snacks tinham no hotel. Isso nao e aceitavel.

1) It has a very efficient shuttle bus service. I just refered to the hotel website. I called the hotel right after picking up my luggage, and I didn't have to wait or try to find a taxi at the airport 10:00 pm. 2)The staffs were kind and helpful. 3) Hotel facility itself was nothing but ordinary, but I was impressed by how spotlessly clean it is.

The staff was so helpful in every respect, from the check-in to the shuttle pick up to the "Happy Hour" staff in the lounge. The room was very comfy and roomy with a very large bathroom which we didn't experience anywhere else in Italy. Breakfast had such an array of food from fruit to cereal, eggs, meat tray, breads and pastries. We chose this room as it was close to Malpensa Airport and would highly recommend to any traveler.
