Staying at The Gibson Hotel was a pleasure. The rooms are fantastic, they are very comfortable and stylish. The shower is huge and again very stylish. Warm welcome on arrival & very efficient check in. The receptionist
(Shalane I think) was able to inform me on everything I would need for
my stay and the hotel facilities. Stayed here in June and upgraded to an
Executive Suite, Great desicion. Large room with seated area and balcony
overlooking The o2, Dublin city, the river Liffey & Dublin port.
Luas tram line is situated on the doorstep of the hotel which will bring
you directly into the centre of Dublin city or a taxi will cost appr

So much better than staying in a hotel, so glad we tried this. A great apartment and great service from Adam and Simon. The best way to spend time in Dublin when you have a few people. I'll definitely be back when visiting Dublin again. -

Having stayed in hotels all over the world I must say that the Marker
has been one of the best. Spent 1 night in the Marker as we were taken
in the Ireland - New Zeland rugby match. The hotel is in a great
location in Dublin, just a short walk to the city centre, and the Avia
stadium, when we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpfull staff.
We received a free upgrade in our room. The room was out of this world,
very mordern and clean. Spa was great and the breakfast was to die for.

I've used the Ferryman on a regular basis during 2013, weekly at one stage...it's simply great value for money...very central location beside IFSC, Spencer Dock and Grand Canal Dock. The breakfasts were lovely and the staff very friendly. The room had a lovely view of the Liffey.
The beds were comfy and the rooms cleaned each day.
The manager helped us with our luggage, as did the breakfast staff when we were leaving. Ten out of ten for the staff - they were great.
The hotel is close to the city, we walked to O'Connell St and Temple Bar, easy walk and very safe.
The Hop On Hop Off bus went straight past the hotel (the quayside bus).

Location was great. Hosts were better than great, such fun to stay on
this barge and really comfortable. The canal option was so good and our
friends young kid loved watching it all unfold....so did the adults. You
want for little staying with Dublin Barge Hire and its right downtown
walking distance to Trinity College, all the museums, and the new
Rugby/ Soccer stadium. Not to mention just a block from the train
station to go out to Howth! Cannot recommend enough, wonderful and fun
for both of

Staff were very accomodating,as two young people most hotels assume we will be noisey,they did their very best to treat us equally and were very polite and proffesional at all times,there was a bit of a mix up with our booking when we arrived they did not have our booking on the computer but the gent at the reception was most helpful and fixed us a room immedietly even giving us the best room in the hotel for the same price it was relaxed and we felt very welcome i would definatley stay here ag
