  The entire experience! The staff was EXCELLENT...friendly, competent,happy and committed personnel. The wait staff in the restaurant wereabsolutely top shelf, both in terms of politeness and efficency. Theroom was quiet, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had an awesomeshower and was also clean! The room was very spacious and very nice. The bed wassuper comfortable and they have a pillow service which is very nice.Every night you get chocolates in your room.   A suite do Westbury Hotel foi uma das mais fantásticas onde já fiquei na minha vida. Já viajei muito e conheço excelentes hoteis. No entanto, aquela suite marcou-me muito pela positiva. Fiquei deslumbrada, e isso é uma coisa que já não acontece com muita frequência... Lovely welcome back to our room after a fantastic time at Celine Dion concert to find towels changed in room and lovely choclolate on our bed not to mention our slippers waiting beside the bed along with a lovely "Good Night" mat!! - We arrived at 10am from an overseas flight and they had the room ready for us--great room with great pillows and bed. Friendly staff. Best hotel experience during our 9 day visit to Ireland.
