The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The two day parking for €10 was reasonable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from great bars and restaurants. Despite this, the rooms were very quiet at night, there was no disturbance from outside noises. -

Very clean and modern B&B. Super friendly staff. Nice room and yummy breakfast. Highly recommend if you'll be staying around Kilkenny. It's not really within walking distance to City Center but they have a phone in the entrance area to easily call a cab (cost is about 10 Euro to get to the castle right near the town). Rooms were clean, there was a place to visit with other guests, very friendly owners, great breakfast, very clean, even though on a main street it was definitely quiet, convenient to reach with a car, able to have tea or coffee any time of the day/evening. -
loved this place! cleanest place i have ever stayed, you could literally have eaten off the floor. rooms were small but very comfy and the husband and wife team were super great. a little out of the main town but that was kind of nice, the town was loud

The staff were so nice and pleasant. Great atmosphere in the pub in which we stayed over. Breakfast is the nicest in Kilkenny town and is included in the room which is even better. Very cheap all round a great place to stay. -
