Really nice stuff, good breakfast, their restaurant near by is very good and cheap. They have a small garden, which is so zen, comparing to busy jogja. If you're in a hurry take their driver to borobadur. To prambanan and/or jl malioboro take local bus-it's cheap and they tell you where to change bus.
Would recommend viavia for travelers.

We have travelled in Asia for 3 months and this place was the best we have staid. The house is homesh place with veru friendly atmosphere. The hoskeeper is very warm and helping person and Maria, the manager, speaks very good english, gives good advices and is a very positive person.
